This is the first of three levels in which students are introduced to the theatre industry through learning the basics of the main areas of technical theatre: scenic carpentry & painting, lighting, sound, costumes, props, stage management, and run crew. Students will also learn industry terminology, theatre history, and gain a general understanding of stage structure and etiquette.

Note: This is a hands-on learning class which follows OSHA safety standards and has a strict dress code for the student’s protection.
